Terms of Service
The rules of the road for the Millionaire Heart & Mind community.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Millionaire Heart & Mind Challenge platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided for families, educators, and schools to log and celebrate acts of kindness. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
Accounts are created by adults (parents, guardians, or educators). Children participate under adult supervision. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share them between households or classrooms.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service exists to celebrate character. You agree to log only genuine acts of kindness, share only your own stories and photos (or photos of your own child/students with proper consent), and treat every community member with respect. Do not impersonate others, harvest data, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
4. Photos & Content You Share
Content you submit to the Kindness Gallery (stories, photos, videos) stays yours. By sharing it, you grant the platform permission to display it within the community features of the Service. Never upload images of children other than your own or your students without the consent of their parents or guardians. We may remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
5. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited: bullying, harassment, or hate speech; violent, sexual, or otherwise age-inappropriate material; personal information of children (full names, addresses, phone numbers); and commercial solicitation or spam. Violating content will be removed, and serious violations may result in account termination.
6. Privacy & Child Safety
We collect only the information needed to run the challenge. See our Safety Guidelines page for photo-privacy best practices. Parents and guardians may request deletion of their child's data at any time via the Profile page or by contacting support.
7. Badges, Certificates & Recognition
Badges, certificates, and leaderboards are for encouragement and motivation. They carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may adjust badge criteria as the program grows to keep the challenge fair and fun.
8. Community Guidelines
Be kind — it is literally the whole point. Celebrate others' stories, keep comments and shared content encouraging and age-appropriate, and report anything that feels wrong to our team via the Contact Support page. Moderators may edit or remove content to keep the community safe.
9. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms as the initiative grows; significant changes will be reflected on this page. Questions about these terms? Reach us through the Contact Support page.
