Kindness Starts at Home

Everything parents need to facilitate the Millionaire Heart & Mind Challenge at home — and watch your child's heart grow.

Your 4-Step Family Journey

1. Join the Challenge

Sign up free and explore the challenge together — read the storybook and meet the four superpowers as a family.

2. Log Acts Together

Each evening, ask your child about a kind moment from their day and log it together in the Daily Tracker.

3. Celebrate Badges

Watch the Star Vault fill up! Celebrate every badge unlock with a high five, a dance, or a small treat.

4. Share the Story

Help your child write about their favorite act and share it in the community Kindness Gallery.

Facilitation Tips

Keep it small and daily

One tiny act a day beats one big act a month. A smile, a thank-you, or helping set the table all count.

Make kindness visible

Create a fridge chart or star jar so kids can see their kindness growing — visual progress is hugely motivating.

Talk about feelings

Ask "How did it feel to be kind?" Naming the warm feeling builds the habit faster than any reward.

Let them lead

Kids stick with goals they choose. Let your child pick which superpower badge to chase next.

Model it yourself

Log your own acts too! Kids do what we do far more than what we say — and they love out-kindnessing us.

Focus on growth, not competition

Compare your child only to their own past self: "Look, 12 acts this month vs 8 last month!"

Dinner-Table Conversation Starters

"Who did you help today — and who helped you?"
"What is one kind thing you could do tomorrow before school?"
"If kindness were a superpower, what would your cape look like?"
"When did someone's kindness make your day better this week?"
